HABITS THAT MAKE YOUR SPERM COUNT


If you are the type to really care about your body, then making sure to have a healthy reproductive system should not be taken for granted by the likes of you. And if you're not the type to, then we suggest that you better start concerning yourself with it especially when you're nearing the adulthood or the ripening years of your life where marriage and having a child is becoming an issue to you.

There are simple and easy ways to make sure you possess healthy sperms such as changing your bad habits and practicing good ones.




1. Avoid wearing tight underwears or pants

Wearing too tight underwears and pants may overheat your testicles then resulting in the decrease of the number of your sperms, making you unable or hard to conceive. Better wear loose ones which makes your testicles feel cool.

2. Don't stress yourself out

Always find time to relax. Even if you're too busy at work and you are always piled up with the tasks which are needed to be done, make sure that you relax and get enough of sleep to keep your mind and body healthy. If you don't get enough sleep, then your stress hormones will overpower and hinder the Leydig cells which regulate the production of testosterone.

3. Stop smoking

If you don't smoke, then don't try doing it. But if you are, then don't just try to avoid it, stop it. Smoking causes your sperm count to drop. It is clinically proven as well as backed up with numerous of reliable research studies.

4. Stop drinking

Aside from smoking, one habit you should as well minimize and if better put a stop is your drinking habit. Drinking alcoholic beverages even two shots a day can cause a long-term problem with your sperm production.

5. Be careful with your medicine intake

There are medicines which can cause or which can affect your sperm production and worse, which can drop your sperm count. Thus, make sure to always ask and tell your doctor about your reproductive health concerns if you have one.

6. Exercise regularly

Exercise regularly and straight up your diet regimen with healthy foods. But, don't overexercise because excessive exercise may result in testosterone deficiency due to the release of adrenal steroid hormones.

7. Avoid excessive masturbating or sex

Daily masturbation can lower your sperm count. Thus, if you are unmarried, make sure divert your attention to other things and recreational activities. Get rid of materials that may trigger your desire to do the act. Although your body is producing millions of sperm every single day, frequent ejaculation can lower your sperm number.

There are more ways and habits to try to improve and increase the number of your sperms and for you to be able to conceive. But there are habits as well which can cause you the opposite and which are way better to be avoided instead practiced and tolerated.
